Federal law requires us to ask for your employer and occupation. If you are not employed, you may list “Retired”, “Student”, or “Not employed”.
Step 3 — Federal certification (required)
You must check the box confirming all of the following before your contribution can be processed:
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and not provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am at least 18 years old.
By checking the certification box, you also confirm that: (1) You are not making this contribution as a corporation, LLC taxed as a corporation, labor union, or foreign national; and (2) Your total contributions to Kathy McKinstry for Congress will not exceed $3,300 per election.
